Delivery Times

  • Order handling time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Transit time: 4–6 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Estimated delivery window: 5–8 business days (Monday to Friday) total from the time of order.

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is handed over to the courier, typically within 1–2 business days.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary during public holidays, courier delays, or extreme weather conditions. Some remote or hard-to-access areas may also experience slightly longer delivery times. If this applies to your order, we will notify you via email.


Carrier Services

United States:
For orders shipped to the United States, we work with trusted US-based delivery partners, including:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)
  • UPS
  • FedEx

Delivery partners may vary depending on the destination, service availability, and shipping method selected.

Germany:
For orders shipped within Germany, we work with our established Germany-based delivery partner:

  • DHL

Missed Deliveries or Access Issues

If no one is available to receive the package at the time of delivery, the courier may:

  • Reattempt delivery on another day
  • Leave a delivery note with pickup instructions from a local collection point or depot
